Klarna offers you with the installment purchase the possibility to pay your purchase in monthly installments, divided over up to 36 months. This option is available from a purchase value of 45,00€. You pay your order conveniently by invoice. Here we assign the claims against you to Klarna. You simply transfer the amount within 14 or 30 days to the Klarna bank account shown. The purchase on account is possible up to an order of 4.000,00€. Currently, this payment method is offered by Klarna only for the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Finland. The invoice amount is collected directly after the order by instant bank transfer from your bank account. The service is offered by our partner Klarna. giropay is the online payment method of German banks and savings banks. Payment is made in the secure online banking area of your bank or savings bank and is only available for Germany.

eps- bank transfer is a joint online payment procedure of several Austrian banks. Payment is made in the secure online banking area of your bank. This payment method is only possible for Austria.

You pay your order easily and quickly with your credit card. You can use all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express & co.

You pay the invoice amount in advance by bank transfer to our bank account, after receiving the payment, the goods will be shipped to you immediately. We are a customer of the SPARKASSE. You can find our bank details in our imprint.

Payment on delivery directly to the messenger from DHL. Only for deliveries within Germany! For payment by cash on delivery additional costs in the amount of 6.90 €. A minimum order value of 50.00 € incl. VAT applies. The payment method can only be used up to a maximum order value of € 595.00 incl. VAT.

Our shipping service providers:

Shipping with DHL as DHL parcel (national) and DHL international parcel for foreign countries.

At DHL it is possible to ship to packing stations within Germany. For payments via Paypal, the Packstation must also be entered there as the delivery address. In addition, the package must not exceed the maximum size allowed (60x35x35x35cm). Payment by cash on delivery is not possible.

Shipment via DPD Predict or DPD Express (delivery next working day Monday to Friday) parcel within Germany only.

Shipping with UPS Standard parcel. United Parcel Service "UPS", our premium partner for shipping parcels to many european destinations. The shipping service provider UPS is known for its excellent transport network and short parcel delivery times.

Bulky goods like body parts will be shipped via an forwarding agency for heavy or huge shipping tasks. We can only offer this shipping option within Germany.

Information delivery time

The delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 1 - 2 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order). If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
