Current information on shipping and the measures of our shipping service providers

According to the decision of the German Federal Government to curb the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), every citizen, as well as all companies, is required to reduce the risk of infection as much as possible. We too have already taken appropriate precautions within the company, so that we will continue to be there for you. Orders are dispatched according to plan, but also our dispatch service providers have now taken appropriate precautions, about which we would like to inform you here in the following.

Contactless delivery from 17.03.2020 - What does this mean?

DPD and DHL have both decided to temporarily switch to contactless delivery. In concrete terms this means that the recipient no longer has to sign for the parcel when it is handed over, but that the parcel carriers confirm the delivery of the parcel in the presence of the recipient on his behalf. DPD even goes one step further and places the parcel in front of you at a distance.
If the DPD / DHL courier CANNOT meet the recipient at the delivery address, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. Delivery to DPD Parcel Shops is currently no longer possible. There is only one single delivery attempt.

UPDATE from 25.03.2020: Numerous DPD parcel shops are now open again! Also here a contactless handover of the parcels takes place!

For deliveries by DHL, we recommend delivery directly to a Packstation, if you as the recipient are not at home on the day of delivery. Please note the maximum dimensions for packages to a Packstation - otherwise the package will be returned to us! Only parcels, small packages, large letters, maxi letters, book and merchandise shipments carried by Deutsche Post or DHL can be received at DHL Packstations. The minimum dimensions are 15 cm × 11 cm × 1 cm and the maximum size is 60 cm × 35 cm × 35 cm.

Even when picking up and dropping off parcels in the branches, an attempt is made to reduce contact as much as possible.

What does this mean for your orders with us?

You can continue to order normally from us. Our online shops are still accessible for you and the ordered goods will be shipped regularly. Our customer service is also available to you as usual via email and WhatsApp. Please note the following when choosing a shipping service provider:
